When you use our Wellbeing Check-In assessment, we collect:

  • Your email address — to send you your results

  • Email delivery services — we use standard WordPress email infrastructure to send your results. Your email address is used solely to deliver your results and is not retained by any third-party marketing platform.
  • Legal obligations — we may disclose your information where required to do so by law or in response to valid legal processes.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain assessment submissions for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are deleted from our system. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
